CEPA Steeltech AB is a subcontractor in the engineering industry and, together with CEPA AUTOMOTIVE Sp. z o.o., is part of the HCU AB Industrial Group. The group employs over 150 people and operates within a production area of 21,000 m², located in Höör, Sweden, and in Szczecin, Poland.

Cepa’s major customers include Alfa Laval, ABB, Muuto, and Furhoffs.
Our production facilities comprise two halls with a combined area of 2,700 square meters and a warehouse hall spanning 1,100 square meters.
Our team consists of approximately 50 operators, technologists, and warehouse workers (or: logistics specialists). Thanks to their work, we remanufacture annually:

The remanufacturing process involves the disassembly, cleaning, and inspection of all sub-components. After replacing specific components with new ones, the valve undergoes a series of tests to ensure the highest quality of the final product. Annually, we remanufacture over 60,000 units.
The surface treatment in dry and wet blasting machines ensures the aesthetic finish of the details.
We have over 30 years of experience in brake caliper remanufacturing. Annually, we remanufacture up to 40,000 units. Our largest clients are global leaders in the automotive industry, such as Volvo, Ford, and Opel.
We own our powder coating facility, which allows us to effectively control the process.
We possess a machine park that allows for punching, pressing, riveting, welding processes, and powder coating of metal elements.
Our main client is ABB Motors, for whom we have been providing metalworking services since 2019.
We offer comprehensive assembly services for subassemblies and finished products. We combine components supplied by the client or manufactured in our facility to create fully functional units and final products. As part of the assembly process, we perform both simple manual operations and more advanced, precision-demanding processes, all in strict accordance with technical documentation and quality standards.
